We understand that event plans can change. Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to staff commitments. However, you can reschedule to a different date without penalty if done at least 72 hours in advance.
